We greatly enjoyed Keluang, the hotel was unique in the middle of the action. It was a convenient and strategic location just next door to the outskirts of Kluang as well as eateries and other shops. - the staff was calm, and requests were handled quickly.

Personnel was very very helpful and really kind!

the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, but i stayed for 1 night only. the staff was very helpful and nice and provided amazing services. the venue was in an exceptionally nice and excellent location really close to the outskirts of kluang as well as wall. it also was accessable to all places. they offered me great meals, had a great selection of options to choose from.

I loved the swimming pool and balcony. Nice tea time with green nature. Clean bed linen and towels. Good value for money. Nice interior, good facilities, comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Two swimming pools, one for children. Strategic and convenient location.

The sound of doors slamming shut in the middle of the night was a bit annoying and disruptive. the lack of good internet and no interphone to call the front desk was frustrating.

Had a weekend retreat at this unique hotel. The kids were delighted with the pool, especially the water slide. Plus, there are two pools, one for the kids and another for adults. We spent a lot of time taking pictures in the courtyard, which we all enjoyed. The hotel also has easy access to nearby attractions.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue with top-notch amenities that fulfilled my needs for a comfortable stay. the outdoor swimming pool is stunning, with a view of the lush garden area. the private facilities in my spacious room were superb, including an outdoor dining area and a pool with a view.

Despite this, the exceptional service provided by the attentive staff made up for any inconvenience caused.
